Carrier roller shells are forged from alloy steel with reinforced flanges
Carrier roller shafts are forged, machined and polished to provide minimal friction between shaft and bushings for longer life in real applications with the higher ground speeds of today
To ensure perfect sealing of carrier rollers, the seal assemblies are seated using automated forward and reverse rotational equipment, pressure tested and lubricated.
