Application and characteristics：
This product can be directly added to the synthesis of intermediates or the emulsion in certain proportional. For anionic trash heavier production system you should adjust the dosage.As the slurry potential balance agent, it plays a dual role of effective sizing and dematuration.This product significantly improves the stability of AKD sizing agent,limiting hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD,good protective effect for AKD emulsion, accelerate curing of AKD . JH-5020A can also be used as antistatic agent for A4paper, retention enhancing dispersant and fixing agent for color paper .
Usage method:
1. Per ton of AKD emulsion, add JH-5020A polymer emulsifier 10kg-30kg.
2. The more amount of polymer emulsifier added,the better the effect of later sizing effect, but overusd may cause local precipitation of AKD emulsion;adding this product can prolong the storage life of AKD emulsion.
Package and storage:
200kg per drum or 1000kg IBC drum
Stored in a cool place, avoid freezing and sun.
Storage period: 12 months
